Let’s look at what business steps are required to confirm or establish a business legally. These steps are necessary to incorporate a company in Peru, but may provide guidance in other countries, which often have similar processes.
1. Search and reserve company name in the public records (only for legal persons)
2. Preparation of the minutes (only legal persons)
3. Raise public write minutes (only legal persons)
4. Raising the public deed in the Public Records (only legal persons)
5. Obtaining the number of RUC
6. Choose taxation
7. Buy books and legalize
8. Legalizing the Book of Forms in the Ministry of Labor (if applicable)
9. Enroll workers in ESSALU (if applicable)
10. Municipal license application
